Malawian musician Nepman has made a soulful return with the release of his gospel-themed Extended Play (EP) titled It takes time.

Currently based in Seattle, USA, the Nalero star described the EP as a thanksgiving project dedicated to God. "I am excited to be back with an EP that has been specifically planned to thank God," Nepman shared. "This project features gospel music because I want to express my gratitude for all God has done for me since the beginning of my music career."

The EP was officially released on Monday in Seattle and is now available across various online platforms, including Nepman’s official Facebook page.

Nepman, who began his music journey in Ndirande Township, Blantyre, has four albums to his name, including Kumvuma (2005), Kumwera (2009), and Kumpoto (2014). He credits his time in the U.S. for broadening his musical perspective and inspiring this new spiritual direction.

Fellow musician Wendy Harawa praised Nepman’s move towards gospel music, saying, "This is powerful. I would even bet some money for this to continue. I encourage brother Nepman to continue glorifying the Lord."

With It Takes Time, Nepman not only celebrates his faith but also marks a significant evolution in his music career.
